Welcome to HEYAMOS PTE. LTD. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and related services available at https://www.heyamos.com (“Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Notice (collectively, the “Agreements”). If you do not agree to the Agreements, you must stop using the Service.

HeyAmos provides AI-powered visibility, analytics, and insights software delivered as software-as-a-service (“SaaS”). We may update, modify, improve, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
We do not guarantee any commercial, performance, ranking, or visibility outcomes resulting from the use of the Service.
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
a. provide accurate and up-to-date information,
b. maintain the security of your login credentials, and
c. accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
The Service is provided for business and professional use only. By registering, you represent that you are accessing and using the Service for purposes related to your trade, business, or profession, and not as a consumer for personal, domestic, or household use.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree that we may send you: a. service and transactional communications (e.g. account, billing, and security notices), which are necessary to provide the Service and cannot be opted out of; and b. marketing communications, including product updates, feature announcements, newsletters, webinar invitations, and other promotional content about HeyAmos.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting hello@heyamos.com. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect service communications.
You agree not to, and will not permit others to:
a. use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
b. copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Service;
c. access the Service in a way that overloads or interferes with system performance;
d. scrape, extract, or misuse data or outputs except as permitted by the platform;
e. attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination.
The Service may provide AI-generated insights, visibility analysis, recommendations, action suggestions, content suggestions, reports, drafts, prompts, workflows, or other outputs through the website, platform, integrations, APIs, MCP-connected workflows, or related services (“Outputs”).
All Outputs are provided for informational and commercial decision-support purposes only. Outputs are recommendations only and must not be treated as instructions, guarantees, professional advice, or final publishable material.
Customer remains the final decision-maker and is solely responsible for reviewing, validating, editing, approving, implementing, publishing, distributing, and ensuring the lawful, accurate, appropriate, and compliant use of any Output.
Customer is responsible for verifying all factual claims, sources, comparisons, statements, recommendations, and suggested actions before relying on, implementing, publishing, distributing, or otherwise using any Output. Customer should obtain appropriate legal, regulatory, compliance, tax, financial, public affairs, or other professional advice where required, especially in regulated, sensitive, public-facing, or high-risk contexts.
Customer must not use the Service, or any Output, to create, request, publish, distribute, automate, or assist with any content, action, campaign, workflow, or activity that is false, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, unlawful, impersonated, undisclosed sponsored, manipulative, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful.
Without limiting the above, Customer must not use the Service or any Output for fake reviews, fake testimonials, fabricated endorsements, impersonation, covert influence, astroturfing, undisclosed sponsorships, misleading competitor claims, defamatory competitor content, lobbying, political advocacy, regulatory targeting, government-influence activity, or any other unlawful or deceptive purpose.
HeyAmos does not act as Customer’s publisher, editor, public relations agent, lobbying agent, political consultant, regulatory advocate, legal advisor, tax advisor, financial advisor, or compliance advisor. Customer is solely responsible for any content, communication, campaign, decision, or action it chooses to create, approve, implement, publish, distribute, or pursue based on Outputs.
HeyAmos may apply safeguards, usage restrictions, monitoring, logging, review processes, or output limitations to reduce misuse of the Service. HeyAmos may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where it reasonably believes that the Service or any Output is being used in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or the intended purpose of the Service.
The Service may include artificial intelligence-powered features, including Agent Amos, that generate summaries, explanations, recommendations or other responses based on information available within the Service and instructions submitted by users.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, outdated or based on an incorrect interpretation of the available information.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs against the relevant dashboards, reports, citations and source material before relying on them.
AI-generated outputs are provided to assist your analysis and decision-making. They are not definitive findings, professional advice or a substitute for your own judgment. You remain responsible for any decisions, actions, communications or content based on those outputs.
You must not submit personal data, confidential information or third-party materials through an AI-powered feature unless you have the necessary rights, permissions and authority to do so.
The Service may allow you to upload documents, images or other materials. You must not upload passwords, API keys, malicious code, unlawful content or highly sensitive personal data. AI-generated outputs may omit, misinterpret or inaccurately summarise uploaded materials, and you are responsible for reviewing the original material before relying on an output.
We may modify, restrict, suspend or discontinue any AI-powered feature at any time.
All software, dashboards, data models, content, trademarks, and technology associated with the Service are owned exclusively by the Company.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.
Nothing in these Terms grants ownership rights or allows redistribution, resale, white-labeling, or reproduction of the Service.
We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected issues.
We are not liable for any downtime, data delays, or resulting loss of business opportunity.
The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., analytics, hosting, AI models). We are not responsible for the practices, performance, or content of these third-party services.
Your use of third-party tools is governed by their respective terms.
Each party is responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws.
If you are accessing through an agency or reseller:Your commercial relationship (including billing and support) is with that partner, not HeyAmos. We provide the technical platform only and do not assume any commercial obligations between you and your agency partner.
Account creation: Platform accounts may be created directly by you or provisioned by an authorized agency or reseller partner on your behalf.

We do not act as a data processor for agencies or third parties unless expressly agreed in writing.
Aggregated and Anonymised Data: Company may use aggregated and anonymised data derived from Customer use of the Service, including for benchmarking, marketing, product improvement, and case studies, provided that no individual Customer is identifiable by reasonably likely means.
If you subscribe to a paid plan directly:
a. you authorize us to charge you according to the plan selected;
b. fees are non-refundable except as required by law;
c. we may revise pricing with prior notice;
d. your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
If you are accessing the Service through an agency or reseller partner, billing and payment are handled by that partner according to your agreement with them. HeyAmos invoices the agency partner, not you directly.
Taxes. All fees payable for the Service, whether billed to you directly or to an agency or reseller partner, are exclusive of any taxes, duties, levies, or withholdings imposed in the payer's jurisdiction, all of which are the payer's responsibility. If any deduction or withholding is required by law, the payer shall pay such additional amount as is necessary to ensure that HeyAmos receives and retains a net amount equal to the full fee stated, and shall provide HeyAmos with official receipts evidencing payment to the relevant authority. HeyAmos is registered in Singapore and is not registered for Singapore GST, so no GST is charged.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
a. The Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, visibility, ranking, data, reputation, or business.
b. The Company’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the past three (3) months.
You understand the Service provides insights and analytics only and does not guarantee outcomes.
Content suggestions are provided for informational purposes only.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing. HeyAmos is not liable for any outcomes arising from published content.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including:
merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose,
non-infringement,
accuracy or reliability of insights or outputs.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you:
a. violate these Terms,
b. engage in unlawful or harmful behavior,
c. misuse the Service, intentionally or otherwise.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain information as required for compliance and business records.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.
Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Singapore courts.
